RELIEF CHEF

Job responsibilities:

1. To produce within the time limit high quality food for our Guest for all meals.
2. To keep the kitchen at all time clean and neat, including cold rooms and deep-freezers.
3. Look after company assists including all kitchen equipment.
4. To clean the kitchen completely after each shift including proper garbage disposal.
5. Menu creating for all meals.
6. Creating food budgets.
7. Controlling the presence of gas, water and food.
8. In charge of the store of the food with stock control of all good items and non-food items present in the kitchen.
9. In cooperation and solely in agreement with Management, placing food orders.
10. Responsible for the entire operations in the kitchen.
11. Responsible for the kitchen waste disposal.
12. Report to Maintenance Supervisor/ Garden Supervisor in case of any breakages or malfunctions of items you are responsible for.
13. As a member of NMBS, you are is responsible for ensuring safety of the guests in-house as well as guest belongings.
14. Check all new shift staff members are on time, and perfectly in their personal appearance, delegate your staff members with task to be done.
15. Delegate your staff throughout the shift.
16. Prepare weekly roosters and plan annual leave for your department.
17. You are end responsible for wastage book/breakage book of your department.
18. Communicate with Management regarding any issue, Guest & Staff.
19. Apart from the above mentioned, you shall be responsible for undertaking and performing any other duty or responsibility assigned to the designated position by the HOD or the Management.
