Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Coordinating the hiring process
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment databases
  • On-boarding new recruits
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills Required

  •  Outstanding written and spoken English
  • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation
  • Knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment-related software and databases

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Several years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in training or teaching may be advantageous.
