Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day HR Operations of the hotel
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Employee relations
  • Training and development
  • Compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Performance management
  • Compensation and payroll
  • Work schedule and leaves administration
  • Represent the hotel in labor disputes and handle disciplinary actions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Outstanding levels of both written and spoken English
  • Bachelor degree in Human Recourses, business administration, or related fields
  • 5 years experience in management in hotels or hospitality settings
  • Knowledge of labor legislations and HR Management expertise
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills
  • Strong organization and problem management skills
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with common HR technologies and software.
