Compile attendance records and prepare work rosters
Schedule teams’ annual leaves
Assist with the hiring process including preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and onboarding new employees
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and train existing employees
Monitor employee performance, communicate with staff about performance issues, and implement disciplinary actions as instructed
Assist in developing HR policies, identify areas for improvement, and organize training programs
Maintain accurate employee records in both electronic and paper format
Collect and update employee data sheets, process and record employee leave requests, and prepare work certificates of service and other employee departure files
Working Conditions
Work hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills Required
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, and knowledge of labour laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications and Experience Required
Outstanding levels of both written and spoken English.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field.
Experience in training or teaching may be advantageous.
One must have a working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office).
