CAMP MANAGER

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Camp Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury camp in the Serengeti. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the camp, including staff management, guest services, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all camp operations, including staff management, guest services, and facility maintenance
• Supervise and train all camp staff, including guides, cooks, and housekeeping staff
• Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and that their needs are met during their stay
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that the camp is adequately stocked with necessary provisions
• Monitor and maintain all equipment and facilities, including vehicles, generators, and water supply systems
• Work closely with the head office to maintain financial records, including budgets and invoices.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the camp operates efficiently and effectively
• Ensure that the camp complies with all health and safety regulations.
