Laura J Minde is a young entrepreneur born and raised in Tanzania. Growing up from a family that deals with tourism and hospitality, she has acquired business experience in this field from a young age. She graduated in 2008 a BSc. in Food Science and Technology from the Sokoine University of Morogoro, Tanzania and also holds a dual master’s degree in International Hospitality Management from the reference French business school, EM Lyon, in partnership with renowned hospitality educational establishment, Institut Paul Bocuse. Her studies took place in the French’s capital of gastronomy, Lyon, and Shanghai in China. Her purpose in engaging into such advanced studies was closely connected to Outstanding Solutions. Delivering international best hospitality industry practices indeed forms the core of Outstanding Solutions training and educational programmes.

Laura is the founder and Managing Director of Outstanding Solutions Ltd.
